Primitive Pulse Fitness is a value system.
It is about reconnecting with your innate, ancestral wisdom and learning how to optimally function in a modern, and sometimes backwards, confusing world.
It’s about restoring your relationship with your mind, body and culture so you can thrive mentally, physically and socially. And for those who dare, even spiritually (I talk about this in my blog).
