Are you overwhelmed in the kitchen? Get ready to expand your cooking skills by creating simple, satisfying, and nutritious food you love! Together, we will explore whole food meals that you enjoy. We will visit your favorite grocery store and learn how to identify and define ultra-processed foods and get your shopping list down to a science.

The $250 fee includes a grocery store tour with me and the time it takes to prepare three to four ready-to-eat meals. Expect to spend about 4-5 hours together and by the end of the session, you will have a solid foundation of meal prep in order to optimize your metabolic health! (NOTE: cost of ingredients not included in fee)
