vegan “fatty” iced strawberry matcha latte

Get the good fat, the sweetness of natural fruit and those matcha energy vibes, all with just 5 ingredients!

  • 1 tsp pure matcha powder (unsweetened)

  • 1/2 cup warm water

  • 1/2 cup real coconut milk (AROY-D is my fave brand)

  • 1/3 cup frozen or fresh strawberries, muddled

  • ice to preference

    Whisk the matcha powder in a small bowl with the warm water, until frothy and no clumps of matcha remain. Set aside. Put strawberries into glass and muddle. Then add desired amount of ice. Now pour coconut milk over ice and then the matcha liquid on top. OPTIONAL ADD-ON: 3-5 drops of liquid stevia. Adjust amounts of coconut milk, ice and water according your preference!
